You can make a professional email signature here for free: no account, no credit card. Type your work email, Signguin pulls your logo, brand colors and contact details from your company website, and you install it straight into Gmail or paste it into Outlook, Apple Mail or any other app. The free version gives you 3 designs and adds a small "Made with Signguin" link at the bottom.
What's free and what's Premium

Which free design to pick
All three take on your logo, colors, contact details and social icons. The difference is the layout.
- Classic puts your logo on the left, a thin divider in your brand color, and your details on the right. The safe all-rounder for anyone who emails clients.
- Simple stacks everything top to bottom: logo and name in one row, a hairline, then compact contact rows. Short, so it suits people who reply from their phone.
- Local pro adds a large tap-to-call button with your phone number. Built for plumbers, salons and shops, where the customer's next step is a call.
Not sure? Start with Classic. You can switch designs without retyping, and the live preview shows each one on phone and desktop, in light and dark mode. All 23 designs are in the email signature templates.
Works in Gmail, Outlook & Apple Mail
Add it to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail
Gmail: click "Add to Gmail automatically" in the last step. Google asks you to let Signguin change your Gmail settings (scope: gmail.settings.basic). Signguin never reads your email and doesn't keep the access. By hand: Settings, See all settings, General, Signature. Full steps: how to change your Gmail signature.
Outlook: copy and paste. New Outlook and Outlook on the web: Settings, Accounts, Signatures. Classic Outlook for Windows: File, Options, Mail, Signatures. Every version: how to add a signature in Outlook.
Apple Mail and others: on a Mac, open Mail, Settings, Signatures and untick "Always match my default message font" before you paste. For Thunderbird or any HTML field, use Copy HTML code. Other apps: how to add a signature to any email.
Why a free signature still holds up in Outlook
The free designs use the same email-safe code as the Premium ones:
- Tables and inline styles, because classic Outlook for Windows renders email with Word's engine.
- Hosted images at a fixed size, stored at double resolution, so your logo stays sharp and doesn't break when your website changes.
- PNG social icons in your brand color, because older Outlook versions don't show SVG. Every icon is at least 20 px.
- Safe fonts that ship on Mac, iPhone and Windows, because Gmail and Outlook don't load web fonts.
- Under Gmail's 10,000-character limit, every time.
Dark logo vanishing in dark mode? Turn on "White box behind logo" (more on dark mode).
When Signguin is not the right fit
Signguin makes one person's signature at a time. If you need to roll out signatures company-wide from an admin console, with analytics or click tracking, look at email signature management software: Signguin has no team plan yet, only a waitlist. It also doesn't do animated GIFs or QR codes. Other free and paid tools: best email signature generators. Everything else: the main email signature generator.
Questions about the free version
Is the free email signature generator really free?
Yes. You can create a signature, preview it and install it in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or any other app without paying and without an account. You get 3 designs, every social icon, the font pickers and the legal note. The only thing the free version adds is a small "Made with Signguin" link at the bottom.
Can I delete the "Made with Signguin" link myself?
Not on the free plan. The terms of use say the link may not be removed or hidden without Premium, so please don't edit it out of the HTML. Premium removes it and adds your photo, every design, buttons, banners and the "Save contact" link, as a one-time payment rather than a subscription.
Do I need an account to save my signature?
Not to create and install one. To come back and change it later, sign in with your email address and save it, which is also free. Saved signatures appear under "My signatures": open one, edit it, then paste or install the new version. Saving and editing are not Premium features.
Is the HTML code free as well?
Yes. Every free signature has a Copy HTML code button. Use it for Thunderbird's "Use HTML" option or any app with an HTML field instead of a paste box. The code is table-based, with inline styles and hosted images, the format email apps handle best, so you don't need to clean it up first.
Does it work with Google Workspace and work Outlook accounts?
Yes. The automatic Gmail install works with Google Workspace if your administrator allows third-party apps; if not, copy and paste works everywhere. Outlook has no automatic install, because Microsoft offers no public way for apps to set a person's Outlook signature, but copy and paste takes about a minute in every version.
Can I make free signatures for my whole team?
Each colleague can make their own free signature with the same logo and colors from your website. What Signguin doesn't offer yet is central management: no admin console and no rollout to every mailbox. Teams can join a waitlist. Premium covers one person, so colleagues use the free version or buy their own.
